Hello fellow fishermens! I've heard back from the City of Richmond Hill and MNR about the matter of fishing allowed at the pond. The confirmed answer is, no, fishing is NOT allowed. I've contacted the City of Richmond Hill to update their website and I'll try to get ontario.ca to update their documents.
