I catch a lot of bass in the lower niagara river. I'd love to catch a few walleyes. Any tips on what you use and the average depth you fish would be appreciated. I drift for bass using a carolina rig 15 to 25 feet and in the fall fish the mouth of the river tossing crankbaits and such. There are some bruts in there
Hair jig, jigging spoons, swim baits. Same drifts as the bows and bass

A good fishing partner is someone who knows how to get the boat ready at the launch. Ropes, bumpers , plugs . Can back up truck and trailer if needed. Funny, good conversation. Knows how to work a fish finders . Has good fishing knowledge . With all this being said, looks like I will be fishing by myself.

Waters just below the nee on the pad . The dock is there, just ankle deep where the railing is . Markers mark the edge in the pad .

Ramp is good with truck. Water just at the running boards . It's all hard bottom. Need shorts or waders to launch

We did well today on the reef. Fishing picked up when the wind did. We launched at Astons know problems.

Only my two touch units on the console were affected. My two 12 hds on the bow were still receiving a GPS signal

That release referenced on April 12 is the V6.0.54.2 which was released in 2016. If you didn't already have it, you may have problems but it took care of the GPS Rollover problem already. You can read more here:
It a patch for the GPS released April 12 not a update for anyone having problems

The updates were posted April 12 2019 . Google lowrance update. You download the update on to a chip and then put the chip in your unit and then turn your unit on you will automatically update

Just stop working last week. They have an update for both touch and non touch gen2. Maybe just some of there units are defective. Had to update my buddy's units also.

Fish by the bridge on nagagamisis in the evening walleye coming there to feed . Fish the bays for pike. Some good portage lakes in the area too.
