We will get through this .. we have to listen to what health officials are telling us and keep social distancing it’s the only way we can hopefully start to reduce infections.
When we get back to a sort of normal life again have any of you thought how you might be changing things in the future ? ie .. lifestyle changes , investment strategies, attitudes towards living life ...
Definitely an eye opener on the things we take for granted

Got my limit in 45 min last night after work, perfect quick trip before the rain started!

There are clean areas in the river and it doesn’t take long to clean up. Having said that we went Tuesday and it was completely trashed. On the south end near Walpole. Don’t fish Sarnia much but lower/mid river we’ve been getting them 25-40 fow. 3/4 oz jig green minnow plastics, stay vertical, use a stinger hook drop slow good luck lots of fish in the river

Between st Clair river/lake/Detroit river/Erie you have the best fishing in the province. Catch walleye until your arms are numb. Everyone likes the area they grew up in. But I say go for it. Like you say the price is right and you will not be disappointed at the different options there is to fish down here. If your a hunter we have it all as well. World class duck hunting, deer, turkey in abundance, corn fed too don’t tell anyone though
we have been in the boats for near 2 months catching eyes while I still see reports waiting for ice to clear from lakes

I've been curious about J Braid as well. I just assumed it was some 'made in china' generic braid that Daiwa brands as their own. Would be interesting to hear from someone at Daiwa where it comes from/who makes it. I know a Daiwa rep, I'll try to remember next time I see him.
It is made in Japan

I live just down the road in Dresden, work in wallaceburg.
The town itself is nice enough, there are some sketchy party though, a lot of tweakers wondering around town from time to time....but if your considering Hamilton im sure Wallaceburg is a cake walk in that department...
As far as fishing goes, wont find a better place south of Toronto as far as a good central location, year round there is somewhere to catch something, lots of variety. 10 minutes to st clair, 30 minutes to huron or erie, 1.5 hr to the detroit river...then all the gill and crappie spots u could hope for everywhere in between.
Yup x2

Why does the Ministry insist there are no Cougars when the evidence is contrary? I as well was told I didn't see a Cougar or Lynx. I know what I didn't see.
They have said there are cougars in Ontario... They just cant confirm if they are escapees or natural

These are killer walleye baits in Erie!!!
Yep!

That was a dramatic finish to an unreal game! Edge of my seat the whole time!

We see that in heavy mayfly hatches on Erie
