Glad to see your starting to get some soft water Simon. And WTG on the PFD those pics are great
You should have enough time before ice out to rig up a car seat in the boat

Still no link to this years results I already know last years.

I have a set of short spiked ones that will work on the smaller barked trees but not on the big oaks that you are welcomed to if they'll help. Just let me know and send me a PM as to where to send them
Just let them know they're not good for thick barked tree's.
-
Maureen what type of tree's are you talking about? I have a couple of sets of pole climbers and I could send you one.

I had rumatory authrities when I was 15 due to a broken knee that I didn't know about. Went through a couple of years of knee drains once a week with a needle (talk about pain!!) Anyway I went in for surgury and had it shaved, haven't had a problem since except for the fact that you can tell when the rain and cold weather's coming

I agree misfish and if more people took this approach it would make it a lot easier on everyone.
Saddly I don't see this happening.

Anyone know the results this year

I myself prefer the 3-6 lb range for consumption when the waters colder. They're quit tasty.
Thanks for the update Bern, how have Steve and the boys been doing?
-
I agree photobucket all the way.

Congrats to you all on the addition to your family UF. Take all the pics you can as they may come in handy as blackmail material later in life
As for the prop, I'd get a new one and repair that one for a spare

Once in Elephant lake I seen a musky surface like a submarine, eyes out of the water, then go back down. I figured it to be around 40 inches long. All I can figure is he was checking for boats before eating.
Are you sure it wasn't an alligator gar

The marina does not own the water however if you are fishing the area you could be subjected to being accussed of doin damage whether you did or not. If you want to fish a marina I'd suggest taking a video camera and documenting your fishing and only fish the empty slips.

I did.He did also say,(never say never though)
When out ice fishing I always brought home some perch and pike. I never had a problem with a local MNR check. I never had a problem with them till they hit the sink and started swimmin again, so now I'm beginning to wonder too.

Don't look at it from the what was lost but rather the what has been gained stand point. There will be many fond memories and PB's to come
