  1. thanks for the different suggestions i will look around and let u know what i found thanks again!
  2. Any one have any experience with any type of shock absorber boat seat? I am trying to find some type of seat or seat attachment that will take the pounding away from my spine.I have seen the "Smooth Moves seat". I am in a 19 foot boat with the walk through windshield. Thanks
  3. Thanks for the info. But the Simrad that i was looking at was the new NSS 7, 8,or 12.These units are suppose to have the fastest processors,(as to handle the touch screen application)The NSS units have the built in gps antenna like the lowrance.I guess my real Question is which uint do the guys here feel is the superior and why? Also anyone that has any experience with the Raymarine stuff?

  5. Hi: looking to put new sonar in the boat. I have been looking at the lowrance generation 2 ,the Simrad MSS 7,8, or 12, and just stared to look at the raymarine stuff. Here is how I see it, The lowrance has: 2 SD card slots (more room to play with and for the Stru. mapping) Side and down scan with the purchase of the extra transducer And second box, the same goes for simrad, (exactly same equipment, Made by lowrance for both simrad and lowance finders) Lowrance has structure mapping I think the lowrance has a plastic screen The Simrad has: the touch screen (which looks way faster to navigate around) Only one SD. Card slot Does not have structure Mapping (But does have touch way points Even under water touch way points) The screen is supposed to be brighter and faster? And to my understanding the Simrad has more boating features That is able to be added when you want to So any help in choosing one of these would be great. One final note, heard someone saying that there will be a new Structure Scan (LSS 1 )Vs. (LSS 2 H D) Coming out for lowrance only!! In the next few month anyone read this. Also that the structure mapping will shortly be available in the simrad stuff to thanks!!

  10. Hi; First time on this form looks great. I fish one week a year in temagami near camp tamar area. I fish almost all catch and release. I would like too have kept a couple of walleye but so far the 3 or 4 I have caught were in the slot so back they went to. I have done pretty good on bass and pike but not great. I just don’t seem to have the patients for trolling lakers or walleye ether, but I will try harder this year. I am on the lake the first of July for the week. I was hoping that there might be some experienced anglers with some tips for fishing. What type of lures, were some of the weeds would be that time of year, what type of bait fish are in the lake, things like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated .My be even a good guide for a day or two. Hope too see some good news thank you.
