(mom on) off on spdt (single pole double throw) or dpst (double pole double throw) Just make sure it has a 10 or 15 amp rating

Here is what I use. 2 milk crates notched so auger sits in them properly, mounted on 2x4s with L- brackets screwed to the edge of the 2x4 so I can attach to rack with hose clamps. Pics are not the best but give you a general idea
