glen Posted June 9 Report Posted June 9 I’ve never used one. I guess it would be good if you had a tons of rocks and logs. probably hurts performance because of more drag.
Terry Posted June 9 Report Posted June 9 If you have manual tilt on the motor they can help save damage if you have power trim tilt it will rip your whole lower unit off rather then just damaging the prop
