Barry Willis
Some interesting cloud pics I missed last time. This is what I was going to post until I noticed the pike picture. The first one I thought sure was the beginning of a huge tornado as there were watches for the area, thankfully it wasn't. The next one, some of you may have seen, closely resembles pictures on the proof is out there. Came across the third one showing the price of gas back in the day. I remember when it was less than half that price LOL. picasabackground-137.bmp

Barry Willis
These were taken with an older Canon, I have newer ones but sometimes it nice to get the old ones out and fool around.
Fisherman
I'd like a picture of a thermometer where the mercury is a few degrees higher than the present 9C. I swear if we were a couple K feet higher in elevation there'd be white stuff flying.

I took this at 0ne pm, Mountain time just a while ago, almost 33 in the shade and hottest part of the day is yet to come. I honestly can't remember a day when it has been below 30. Some days as high as 36. Set an all time high on Friday, can't remember what is was though LOL, just another scorcher to me. As my luck would have it the air conditioner packed it in a few weeks ago. Probably from working over time Haha. $7000:00 for a new one so that isn't about to happen. Thank God it's going to cool down this week beginning tomorrow with some desperately needed rain with a high of 12 later in the week. Can't wait. A very poor picture with a very expensive camera that is acting up, again, of what few tomato plants I started this year. Of course as tomatoes do, they've been loving the heat. They are facing south so they get a lot of heat from the sun reflecting off the fence boards as well. Edited September 9 by Barry Willis
