DanD Posted October 31, 2020 Report Share Posted October 31, 2020 I'm just hoping for a 60's-70's type of winter. Where it starts freezing anytime soon and stays cold. Wake up in the morning and know you're wearing a coat and hat. Lakes freeze up and fishing the lakes mid December right on through March to early April. Last year I couldn't trust putting the hut out on Simcoe; just to sketchy. Let alone trying to put Sally on the Lake; had to go to Nipissing; to try her out. Not a bad thing but 2 hours more driving and towing this set up; just for one weekend. Let it snow on the 24-25th for Christmas and then the weather needs to turn into a witch's *** cold!!!! LOL Dan.
