Mine is a '91 and the only issue I've had with it in all that time is a failed oil level sensor in the oil tank. Is that because there's sooooo many dealers when you need parts...often. davey buoy Posted April 12, 2013 Report Share Posted April 12, 2013 I had a old 66 100(10hp) Keifiefer for years.That motor I sold 5 years ago. Having said that I believe it was the years when Merc was taking over ?,could be wrong. That small motor went through hell I must say and never let me down.
