Davis lake near Kinmount

My buddy ( non fisherman ) has purchased a property on Davis Lake near Kinmount. I have never heard of it so I told my buddy I would do a little research. So here I am.

Does anyone know anything about this lake ?

Smaller lake, lots of cottages, it used to have a natural lake trout population, pretty sure they're gone now, ok bass fishing

Driven along Davis Lake Rd. many times, very pretty looking little lake.

a TON of rockbass in there as recall from about 6+ years ago.

still quite few lake trout..fish it cpl times a yr with steel line.. trouble is catching the 1's you can keep...slot sizes..smallies are plentiful..
