A group of us are headed up to nipissing on thursday for the weekend , wondering if it would be worth it to invest in some worms or not.Anybody use worms this time of year in that area.We have some available in this area wondering if I should bother ???Any advise??

We had a bunch last weekend on Callendar. Nothing on worms, not even a bite. Everything we managed was on minnows. When we go up for the May opener, that's all the eyes will take is worms.

Not sure I understand walleye....

Dew worms are cold blooded. When immersed in the cold water they will shrivel into a little ball. No movement..nothing. Like leeches, they are better suited for use in warm water.
