Fireside is a full service road-accessible lodge. We are located ten minutes south of the town of Sioux Lookout, on the Little Vermilion Lake system. We have access to eight other lakes on this system which are accessible by land portages or creeks. Three of these lakes were closed to fishing from the 1930s until 1993. They were re-opened as a fish sanctuary and have strict regulations designed to keep the fish population healthy. As part of our commitment to sound fisheries management we practice catch and release fishing on all of our lakes.
