With the high rise in water levels the last week is a double edged sword..Fish are going to get well up in the rivers to do their thing ...but ...some make a wrong turn and end up in ditches and creeks that they will not be able to return to the river because of declining water levels...i suppose they will be able to spawn in the ditches and creeks and the fries will stand a chance at getting washed back as long as there is a trickle on water ...Here is some fish that are praying for rain... I have a little ditch creek in my backyard and counted maybe 20 fish in it...between 5 houses....hopeing for rain so they can get back to the river or they are going to have to buy running shoes ...if they intend on making it..
