Thanks Roy! That was a good read. Had a lake that i did pretty well at in the summer fishing for pike and was thinking about trying it through the ice. With the added information i just got from that article, i just might do that. lovetofish

Thanks guys, made the trip dispite the bad weather/water conditions. We fished through white outs and a brisk wind, but managed to land on male around six pounds. The one bite i did have, quickly snapped my leader, must have had a knick in my line. There was a total of nine fisherman within sight of us. They managed to land a total of 9 or 10. But as everyone was saying the water was like mud!!! Thanks for the information. lovetofish

Hey guys, was thinking about heading down to the Niagara River tomorrow. Does anyone know what the water conditions are like? Its been almost two months sinse i've been out fishing, so i'm really looking forward to getting into some rainbows!!! I'm guessing somewhere in the mid 20lbs range and maybe 30" long

This is the biggest carp i have ever caught!!! Really starting to like this carp fishing stuff. Took me about twenty minutes to reel it in and stretch the heck out of my 8lbs mono. Me and a buddy caught 5 carp in 2 hours (better then i do for most types of fish). Sorry for the short report, but i didn't have much time. Thanks for checking out my post. lovetofish

i did the impeller already and i still can't get water flow. its not plugged any where because i checked all the passage ways with the hose. thinking i have an air leak some where in the housing or the gasket or water pipe gromet

i get water flow out where the exhaust is, but not out through the head. how long should it take for the thermostat to open when running on hose water? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Didn't get to fish all long weekend because of this problem. thanks, lovetofish

check the caliper slidders pins too. make sure they move nice and freely. and make sure where the pads mount to the knuckle, that there isn't any grooves for the pads to get stuck on and hold the pad to the rotor
