How has the Laker fishing been? May go next wkd.

Hi,

I have fished silver lake near Perth a few evenings. Fish Finder indicates there is plenty of fish. Have been fishing with riggers using spoons, raps, thunder stick and natural bait with Gang troll. Have had no luck, any tips? What am i doing wrong?

What is the public boat launch like....can I get a 16.5 foot boat in easily...

On the lake contour map the deepest part is 72 feet for 2 km in length....

Can anyone tell me if this lake is stocked with lakers and how the fishing is using down riggers? What kind of lures work best?

I have a cottage on Silver Lake, could help out with a boat if you need one. Provincial Park rents out canoes, there is good bass fishing and pike fishing in the weed beds that surround the lake, I haven't fished for lakers, but they're here too!

Have you seen ppl catch Lakers during the summe months?
