Certainly reliable, just don't have it.
Walk into any Indigo books and buy it...are they reliable enough for you?
-
Indigo and amazon both point to a used place called quo pro or something that has got bad reviews from international buyers. So I am trying to avoid that route.
I heard lebarons had them, but not in the catalogue. I live in caledonia but maybe I can swing by there on the weekend.
I just don't know how this has become so rare? I hate to sPend 69 bucks on the thing when I only want info on one lake out of it too! Thank you for all the replies fellas!

the 2nd edition (1999),
Anyone know where I can buy this book? I am havig a hard time finding a reliable source for it.

Thanks for the tips guys, I am trying to find that book, so far only copy is on ebay for $46 bucks! seems a bit steep for a used one.

Thanks guys,
This is my first fly -in I am really pumped for it! There are pike up to 50" allegedly in the system.
So are you saying that big baits won't work, or that they are not necessary?
If they hit walleye while you are bringing thm in, you have to think they would hit a 9" bait?

I am going here with a group in the end of May for a week, in search of monster pike.
Has anyone been there and can you offer any advice you think may be helpful? Even if you have fishe other lakes in the area.
Lures--Do muskie lures work up there?, depths, etc. any tips at all.
Thanks again

Bret,
Thank you for the response. I am also a muskie guy, so I would be looking for trophy pike lakes. Which are the best bet? Where do you find those spinnerbaits? Have you tried ,many big jerkbaits or bucktails?

I cant help you, as I have never been up that way. But, i really want to plan a trip like that in the spring/summer of 2012. Any info would be much appreciated as regards to which lake is best, general tips etc.
Thank you
