For some reason I can't quote/reply. mantiuobass2 I can only repeat what the media has said and that was US Intelligence had intercepted a threat from an outside source levied against your fine country and reported it. Too many crazies out there to speculate at this time exactly where the threats are coming from. EDIT ADD: I hope who ever is responsible pay dearly

manitoubass2 The US is protecting the Canadian consulates in Washington and New York, that and the nature of threats levied is why the White House is talking about it

This may sound harsh but it's a fact. There will always be people looking for hand outs period not matter what the unemployment rate is. It's easy to take advantage of the kindness of others instead of getting off one arse to earn something.

Ogoki Lodge that's it, thanks for the refresher Mike. Again it's a shame something can't be done to preserve these places. Not to take away from your report but a couple of us came the other direction one year from WhiteClay, came up from the inlet where Whitewater dumps in and walked upstream. Just did some scouting to see if we could get a boat up through there and just shore fished, the walleye were plentiful and easy picking. We've taken some big pike at inflow at WhiteClay. I have always heard good things about Whitewater and am glad things worked out for you and the rest of your crew. Thanks again for a very good report.

Well done Mike, been waiting for this one for awhile, thanks so much for sharing. Don Elliot and company do a great job. They took over Armstrong Air and Outpost outpost lakes few years back. As we have talked before I had the pleasure of fishing WhiteClay numeriuos times and it sounds like Whitewater if very similar only bigger. I've also read the Beckwith tale and found it very interesting. It's a real shame nothing is being done to to preserve that place and the other camp (can't recall the name at the moment). The whole river system in that area is a fish factory and some of the best scenery one can see. Thanks again for sharing
