  1. I am gonna give up Sustain, overpriced...
  2. Guys you are ruining my post
  3. Hi guys, Le Baron has a Shimano Rods & Reels sale (20% off) in Toronto. I never used Shimano before so I am wondering if Crucial spinning rod and Sustain FE reel a good combination for crappie fishing? Which model (I mean the length of the rod and size of the reel) is good for me? What if I want to use it for bass fishing? Thanks a lot!
  4. Thanks a lot! Let me google these spots first, lol
  5. Hi guys, new to here. I remember couple of weeks ago I saw a great report, a pro went to a lake and got some really nice gar pikes and crappies. I am pretty sure I saw his face on the outofdoorontario magazine. But I can't find the thread here? And a stupid question, where to fish the beautiful gar? Are they available at south Ontario? Thanks a lot!
  6. These guys should be put into jail. Your buddy did an excellent job! I am curious where are these fools from?
  7. People told me to start with AVID if I trun to St. Croix. Mojo Bass is a decent rod given the pricing. However, my friend told me the material of Mojo is not that good. However, thinking about the price difference, $100 vs. $200+, I would go for: 1) Mojo 2) BPS CarbonLite 3) BPS JM Signature Series II
  8. I would recommand: 1) Bass Pro Johnny Morris Signature Series II 2) Bass Pro Carbon Lite 3) Bass Pro Johnny Morris Carbon Black
  9. Great! So glad to see they got the punishment!
  10. Hi Craig, Thank you very much for sharing the information. It is really helpful! Yes I will definately skip it. I am in Toronto so I am going to Basspro this weekend to hunt a med-heavy rod and a reel, or a combo with reasonable price. This is all for my upcoming white bass/perch fishing in Windsor next weekend. That's why I need a solid combo:-) Again, thank you all for the valuable opinions!
  11. This is sale on Costco website so I am not sure how can I return it in store.
  12. Hello guys, Costco website has a Bluefin combo for sale at $99, used to be $199. Is it a good deal from your point of view? TBH, is it too heavy? Thanks. Here is the link: http://www.costco.ca...1d-730c2a7425d4
  13. Does anyone know white bass situation now in Windsor now? I am planning to fishing around June 15th. Thanks a lot!
  14. Caught a lot of Jumbo Perches in spring. Don't know what can I get this weekend. Anyway insight?
