Yah, I just looked and I've lost about 7500 over night. Last evening I was 25K and change. I remember on one board update WAY WAY back that Roy and crew manually added the count from the previous board. Wonder if the new software did an actual count without those old numbers added in.

Only allows 51kb... we could do 250 the other way.

OI.. you're way off track and out of line IMHO. Take that from a guy that got a call from Parry Sound OPP to do the accident investigation for TC and to collect my best friends belongings for his wife some years back. Similar style aircraft (amphibious rear pusher), that crashed into the rock face on the back side of Picnic Island,. He went through his windshield breaking his neck and instantly killing him. Sometimes crap just happens to the best of them. Not once did I think I should immediately call for a grounding and ban of all similar aircraft. Mother nature got him and some poor choices, one being not wearing his seat belt during landing because he was afraid he'd drown if he flipped. As for Icon... they're probably not going anywhere soon. You won't see many, if any, cancelling their long awaited orders for their new toys!

It's not always kids...

Yep, was my first thought fishburn. I would have been in that water faster than crap through a goose.

I can see that by the multiple posts on 7 year old threads..

The parents leave Temagami in mid September... and the young hang out until late October / Early November before they fly South. Like all migrators, they just know where to go..

Classifieds when you've been here long enough..

..and their test pilot! Their entire marketing style is wrong, selling them as PWC's with wings.. trolling for the young / hipster / with money. Roy paid a premium to take delivery of serial #001 for the 2018 model year, that and who better to advertise their aircraft for free. His was the first hull that Icon actually did the composite layup in their new inhouse facilty (2017's where outsourced). I was actually hoping to see that it was an inflight break up due to improper composite work, but it appears Roy was hotdogging and stuffed it into the bay. The NTSB report will tell the tale, but that will take a year probably.

Yep , the Icon A5 kills another needlessly. Sad day for the Halladay family.

The only thing you have to remember is when one of those thru hull live well pumps, or power washer pump inlets breaks off inside the transom, your boat sinks as your bilge pump isn't going to keep up. Temagami marine has about 200 boats with thru hull pumps stored there by my estimation, only 2 sunk last year on their first night tied to customers docks. Do you want to be in the 1%?? $3.00 worth of antifreeze and 20 minutes of your time. Just did mine this morning and then capped the intakes ready for Musky fishing.... if I can ever find the time to get out there. Oh.. and b_cdot, if you hull is dry your bilge pump most likely is too as it will drain itself into the hull of the boat. It's as simple as blowing hard into the outlet on the side of the boat to make sure.

Purple's back for 2018 Gord.. just sayin! LOL

Then you could probably use this.. LOL Bought Leah her own sled on Thursday, so we're not doing dumb stuff riding 2up again and 25miles from Camp. SHOWROOM condition 1995 Polaris Indy Trail Deluxe

YEP Bill !! And just for .. and giggles I had my 22' enclosed trailer on today behind my 2018 F150 to pick up a sled, traction controlled turned OFF and my cruise control ON !!!
-
Almost everything is that way now, only way they can meet the new emission standards. My new '18 F150 is that way, if you have your foot heavy on brake pedal when stopped the engine shuts off unless you hit the auto start button to off after you started the truck. Ways around it.. A/C on, Fan on higher speeds, lightly pushing brake pedal or putting a trailer light test plug in your bumper receptacle to fool it into thinking you're trailering. On my ta du list for this week to figure out a permanent work around as as you say it's a PITA. Google is your friend.. found the SIMPLE fix to disable it for good.
-
Why my standard starting procedure since I bought my 2011 and now 2018 F150 is to start vehicle and immediately turn the traction control OFF. Same deal I make Leah do with her Challenger. Sooner or later someone's going to get T boned in a left turn, because the traction control kicks in.. puts the brakes on and drops the throttle to idle! Hers smokes the tires real nice with it off as well.. all 4 of them..

Blah..blah.. blah.. Wife's happy with hers! Happy wife.. happy life!
-
Yep.. more ups and downs than a new brides pajamas since this morning!

Do you need a new ice fishing sonar unit?

A lot of pesos just to break it Terry !! -
20% ALMOST gets them down to reality pricing...

That would be a NOPE Brian, the Bee is kinda stuck on it for now.

The hard braking keeps caliper pistons from seizing not sliders. Lazy / light braking has which ever caliper piston that moves the easiest stopping your vehicle and doing so all the time you end up with a seized piston due to it's lack of movement. The only help for sliders and pins is clean and lube a couple times a year.
-
Have told my kids for years that at least once a month to look in their rear view... make sure nobody is behind them and hammer the brake pedal to the floor and make the ABS pulse away on every wheel. That and I inspect, clean and lube the caliper guide shafts/pins at spring and fall tire change overs. Never a seized caliper in our house.

Too hot for Musky fishing... just doesn't feel right if you don't need a winter coat!!
