It comes right down to... what do you use your boat for.. and who do you want to enjoy that experience with you!? I could sit in an open boat 12 months a year... family on the other hand, that I'd like to share that experience with can't. Wife has lung issues... so rain/wind and getting wet aren't high on the priority list. Having a windshield and full top with rear curtain allow us to go out fishing in any weather. A bit of sun makes that interior like a green house, while still allowing full fishing capability.

Come'on Skeeter... pay attention to the Mrs would ya.. or is she your sister tooooo ?

I, like slowpoke, same TDR's for downrigging with Pen 309's.. I think we paid $17.21 or so per rod at the time. I have a couple 10' 6" Talora's for BOQ walleye... but when it comes right down to it you don't need them for those wet socks either...

I'll ask around.. so it has Merc controls right now.. old two stroke. But an upgrade to a 4 stroke and the required throttle/shift etc would be better...

That'd be a great Georgian Bay boat Dann !! Amazing an '80's Chris Craft with an outboard, but sure makes it easy to put a motor on it. What are you looking for to put on it?

That was the best moment of 2010... for US anyhow.. Terry not so much ! And as he says, although I didn't think it was possible, you can definitely overfill them. Lloyd almost burned down my newly renovated bathroom when he sparked up the portable shower unit one night! Liquid flames...
