Without hi-jacking another thread, ive been thinking about another reel or just using a fluoro leader on my braid so i can fish both heavy cover and clear water. but think it would be best if i could get an extra spool for my sahara 2500. how much do they usually go for and where can i get em? id like to use one for braid and the other with fluorocarbon thanks

Im 32 and out of work with a baby on the way,in about 10 weeks. debts are growing, and my pregnant gf is working min wage and will soon need to take her mat leave. i have joined 3 temp agencies and in the last 2 months got me a whole 5 hours of work. i have an a-z license and cant go into the states. im doomed until the econemy gets better. so i guess we are in the same boat,a boat with holes that is filling fast!

Are you sure about that? there are about 3 or 4 teams behind the habs with 1 - 4 points keeping them out of the 8th spot....and they all have 3 games on you. sorry, but i think they will be sharing the golf course with the leafs this year. I hope these facts did not cause you to choke on or spill your poutine

I like,I like. gives me something to read when im bored. helpful too.

If the habs make the play off's they will get crushed.

When i was about 14 or 15, i caught an eel out of the hamilton harbour, i think it was about 2 or 3 feet long, i cut that line. also about 16 or maybe 17 years old fishing off a pier in lake erie ,my rod bent down like i had caught something huge, but it had no fight, pulled in about 10lbs of zebra muscle all clamped onto each other

The leafs needed a locker room shake up. out of all the players leaving the leafs, i really, really hate to see ian white go. aside from that no major loss losing the others. Aside from the fact we have no scoring at all now haha. but i think this is just poker chips that can and will probably be cashed in for some forwards elsewhere since we are loaded heavy on the defensive side of things. Im very very happy to see blake go, didnt like him before the leafs and didnt like him on the leafs, good bye! as for vesa, see ya!! i would have unloaded blake and toskala for 20 dollars, or even a 5th round pick. maybe a bag of pucks? so getting anything for them was great. this is a potentialy a very good start,at least a solid foundation to moving up the ranks in the next few years, and having dion and kessel will hopefully attract some bigger free agent names in the upcoming summers.

I started my first braid with 20lb power pro,and liked it so much i moved up to 30lb power pro, and havent had a reason to try anything else.
-
Yeah,i dont care for the new album either. but it was nice to hear some of the old stuff. the sound and his movement were all in good forum in the hammer

Thanks for the replies. I dont really need it as a leader, i want to be able to use my braid in the heavy stuff then turn around tie on about 3 or 4 feet of fluoro to the braid in the open clear water to maybe bait the fish better into striking. im not to sure how well 30lb green power pro shows up in open water, i wouldnt say i've had any real issues getting fish to strike it,but i think i could do better? Bass and walleye are my targets, wire leaders on my braid for pike. so do i buy fluoro leaders anyways? or go with a small spool of line and have at it? Recommend any companies? im staying away from the vanish

I went to the hamilton axl rose show and it was great. anyone who is a fan of the band but passed on this because slash, duff and izzy etc are no longer in the band really missed out. he played a lot of classics and it sounded great, 29 song set list. plus sabastian bach played alot of skid row songs. good deal, well worth the money....beer was 9.25 tho, that sucked

I have never used fluorocarbon line before. I use braided line because my favourite type of fishing is in weeds and heavy cover, but ive been thinking of buying a small spool of fluorocarbon line and swivels, and tie on say 3 feet or so of fluoro as a leader when fishing open or clear water to better my chances of landing those line sensitive fish. Is this a bad idea? is one brand crap compared to another? i went to the bass pro website and read some reviews and on the berkley vanish it got all thumbs down, people saying that the line breaks easy and losing a lot of lures etc. , of course i dont have the money to be buying lures on the account of crappy line that frays easy and or has too much memory. I also would like to avoid buying another rod/reel set up or have to bring 2 set ups on every trip. i like to fish places that have a lot of open water with areas with heavy cover. btw- this isnt for ice fishing, just dreaming and thinking ahead to the spring/summer.

This sounds great. Is there a website i can get more information?

Very shocking news. he played 6-11 min a game and was one of the top point getters on the team. Toronto should be all over this, they need a team leader and a captain and i cant think of anyone out there right now that would better him in those roles right now. he can be picked up and a very low cost, and his experience, and passion are priceless. if toronto can trade and put useless people on there team as salery dumps for others, then theo shouldnt even be a disscussion,he should be there.

lol wow. that bed was jumping

lol, thats me. the passenger door i can close with one finger but the drivers door needs a bit more. the door pins need replaced is all. when the door sags its harder to close because its not lining up with the stricker. because i get lazy i just moved the striker more forward,so it dont need slamed so hard. this is untill i feel like changing the pins

LMAO!! lemons are rare for imports. thats a good one. you mean you just dont hear about them as often. like above poster has said. look where the trucks are needed and used for heavy duty situations and 10:1 it will be a gm or ford over an import. my chevy is 500,000k and still going.

All of my cars have been GM all of my drag racing cars have been GM iver never had a catastrophic failure. never. (with non drag racing cars) i was a apprentice mechanic for 4 years, but got out of the trade because working on cars was killing my love for building cars on my spare time. My father has been a mechanic for 30yrs or so. we've seen it all....people putting their 4x4 on 4 low while doing 120km/hr then saying GM CRAP, im buying a honda next. that is just one of 100's ive come across or heard. every company has its issues. my father is a honda mechanic and he wouldnt be caught dead off roading or owning a honda truck or 4x4. i am currently driving a 93 full size chev PU that has about 500,000km on the odometer, and let me tell you, this truck has been off roaded and abused. say what you will, but ive seen people buy honda after honda and have nothing but headaches. every company has there goods and bads. it just seems when recalls or bad things happen to the big 3, it gets plastered all over the news. i know of alot of honda issues and recalls that are quietly swept under the rug. hope you enjoy your new ride.
