Hey i had the bajo minnow aswell..... but caught half the amount of fish as i did with a regular powerbait worm.

I bought these natural motion lure snakes off the internet. The video's looked promising and i have yet to use them. Anyone else by these things? Just wondering if they are any good or will be another "banjo minnow" Mac

My dad actually manages a marina and there are no fishing signs posted on the outside gates. Usually during the peak boating season (summer) he kicks people out who try and fish there, but during early spring and late fall when only a few boats are in he doesn't mind it. He doesn't even let me fish there in the summer!!.

I just bought the trion yesterday and was casting around today. So easy for a firstimer. i was hitting targets within 15min. Feels like a pretty good reel but i don't have anything really to compare too. . But all in all seems to be a great reel for a pretty good price.

I just bought one today actually.. going to cast around in the back yard tomorrow.. ill let you know how it goes.

well right now i have 400 invested in the new one... and it keeps growing. If it was anything else but fishing gear it would bother me, but i feel incomplete without it so its worth it.

No i really lost it. it fell out of the back of my truck....... the tailgate fell down and i lost everything. One of the worst feelings in my 22 year old life. It seems the mepps get a lot of talk. Never really used a lot but all good ideas. Thanks guys. thse ideas are great.

thanks guys. Headed down to the local fishing store in St. Catharines and the guy hooked me up with a decent costing one that he said was easy to use.

So basically my truck tailgate wasn't locked down so it opened and i lost everything. Since i have to re-stock... any lures that are a must have? Mainly for bass and pike but i will take into consideration just about anything. I have a lot of the common ones written down (jitterbug , spook, fat wrap, crankbaits) just seeing what some of you guys killem' on. Thanks Cheers Mac

and by reals i ment reels. Its been a long day.

Just wondering which bait caster reals were easy to use for someones first time using them. I am a long time fisherman but never really had the urge to use one until this year. Any suggestions? Cheers. Mac
