Being a former top canadian track and field athlete I hate to see Canadian Athletes treated unfairly. This goes on way to much. My girlfriend owns a Gymnastics club so I know what it takes to be a gymnast and to be the number 1 all around gymnast in Canada and not be selected to the Olympic team is crazy and makes me very sick to my stomach. Please help this young Athlete out guys. Thanks! http://www.petitiononline.com/canwag/petition.html

none of that crap works...you will have to call a professional carpet company, they have special products for that purpose. I just went thru this 2 weeks ago. They pull up your carpet, replace any underpad that is saturated. I tried everything and nothing worked till I called in the professionals. Good luck.

NICE KAYAK THERE....I can't do all that with mine. Mine is similar to the blue kayak in the 3rd pic, there are 3 kayaks in front of yours, mine is like the blue one. Guess I will have to improvise when added stuff to my YAK...LOL

I have a Pamlico 100 by Wilderness systems.... Not top of the line but good for what I wanna do with it, plus a longer one would be a problem when putting it in my truck cab...LOL. I looked at that fish finder also, but it looked kinda bulky for me, I would have to see it in the store to see how big it really is.

joey is right....but only use a 3 way swivel at Queenston drift. You will lose so much tackle if you attemp that rig in the whirlpool.

i am partial to tube jigs for the smallies, don't fish largies often, but still get them on tubes. Spinner baits are awsome too.

Any Ceramic Tile Layers Here? NF
charlied replied to bucketmouthjohnny's topic in General Discussion
mine was just a rough guess, haven't really priced subfloor. But i have heard as long as your plywood is not mangled, you really don't need a subfloor. I could be wrong thou...LOL. I wouldn't think for 50 tiles it should cost nearly $1000, seems very high to me. Maybe cause its a small job he charges more. My bathroom was 26-28 tiles and very easy once I got the floor level...lol. I have never seen that wavy tile. That should look sharp when it's done. Alot of tile guys i use to know wouldn't touch a small job like that, not worth there time. For my bathroom of 26 tiles with the tile price it cost me about $140 for everything including the underlay, thinset and grout and I bought 4 extra cases. Doing it yourself can save a ton of money...LOL . Your in the niagara area right? If you decide to do it yourself I could possibly help you if you want. -

I wouldn't think it would cost you all that much. when I put down new plywood on my bathroom floor I just used that as a sub floor then put the thin set down and put some of that orange underlay that allows for some movement ( seen it on holmes on homes). then let it dry and then put thin set over that and layed the tiles down. For 60 square feet, I don't think you would need more than 2 bags of thin set probably. And 1 box of grout is loads. It your worried about putting a sub floor then my buddy put in mahogany sub floor material. Just screw it down real good, but I thik the plywood should be fine but I am not a rpofessional...LOL. I would think for thinset, grout and subfloor if you want it, should be around say $100 or just over maybe. Subfloor I heard is like $15-20 for a 4x8 sheet. My floor hasn't cracked or anything and I have some movement in my floors cause my joists are 2x6's (old house). Get a grout sealer too, it makes a huge difference in keeping mold and stuff out of the grout. Hope this helps. -
no prob guys, doesn't affect me as I am 99.9% catch and release all year long but lots of guys keep there fish.

I was reminded on another site that some of the REGS changes this year for trout. In alot of zones the limit is now 2 instead of 5. So guys read your Regs before you go out. Good luck everyone.

riots are gonna continue and is gonna be really bad if they get taken out of the playoffs.

there season actually opens in a week I think.....bass are starting to come in to the shallows over there to spawn. Buffalo harbour can be very productive, thats were most of the guys go. Don't think you will get much in the river as the fish are slow and lathargic right now cause of the cold water, so fast water may be out...LOL. You are better off just getting a yearly one for $40 US cause I think a day pass is like around $20.
