Hi All, I will be fishing in Tobermory this weekend. What type of fish will I find there and what type of bait should I use. I'll have access to a boat and fishing between 9am - 8pm. I already have some crappie spins, wobble glo lil corky, rooster tail, pickerel rig and squirmin squirt bait. Thanks for any help

Any thoughts on Cooks Bay? I think I want to find a location closer to Toronto since I am limited with time and will only be out for about 2hrs or so. I obviously was doing something wrong on Rice Lake..... <_< the life of a newbie.

Thanks for the great suggestions of where to go and fish. I thought of going to Port Hope to do some shore fishing. My times are a bit limited on Sunday and I have heard fish don't bite in the afternoon time. Is this indeed the case? Don't laugh if its a dumb question I am thinking about going around 1pm. Thanks

Hello All, I'd like to do some fishing this Sunday. I am a novice but love fishing and have not been out in over a year. Where would you suggest as good spots for fishing within a 1 - 2hour drive from Toronto in any direction. I only request that there be possibilities of catching something. I have been to rice lake a few times in the past and caught nothing....maybe it was my skill . Thanks in advance for your help. Bajan
