Was at Starskys this morning. All pork was $5.99lb. No matter loins,chops or what ever. I bought 15 loin chops, had them put through the cutlet machine. Brought home,bread crumbs salt pepper and cajun. It worked out to $2 a piece.

3 layers of these pork schnitzel cooling off to vac packed. that is 15 for $30.

I have no pics,but I did thighs last night. I de boned and left the skin on. Trimmed a bit. Deep fried for 9 minutes one side and 5 the other. OMG, so juicy. BTW, it was to be corn starch, not corn meal. Big difference in texture.

When kids,we dipped at the 4 sisters. We were young,s, but we knew pop and all the byes were having a fun time.LMAO That would be 50 years ago. Old wooden pier at the skimmer . Many years later,I was hip deep drifting salties at that same skimmer for winter browns.

No smelts just a couple of dink herring. Missed 2 very light taps from whities. Looks like were in for some real nasty weather tonight and tomorrow. Another day to catch up on some ties.

I get the "each to their own". When I first seen them,I was like ,they look cheap and not very well made. After many reviews,I decided to buy them for just the weight of them and the warmth they gave. I have been a fan ever since I got them. I hate wet/cold feet. The thick souls really keep the ice cold getting in. The only thing that is a minus,my buddies tell me I knew you were out,I seen the NATS stamp in the snow. LOL

It,s my 2nd as well. It is going to be put away for safe keepings. I am always up at 4am now. I think I am turning into Lew Oclock guy. LOL I get up,coffee and on the vise for a few hours, then I go fishing or stay home and tie more.

I still have mine. If I am getting a ride out,they are ok to use, or fishing a river bank when I do not want to get the waders on.
