Extreme angler? RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-Too tough for me. No variety amd the commentator is
annoying as hell. Like a monster truck commentator.
Canadian Sport fishing? At least there's variety but he's gotta leave his wife on shore.
He's also gotta stop harassing kid's with 'fisher girl' thing.
Fish'n'Canada Trying to beFunny and down to earth and a little variety but they lost me when they went all
'techno- new and funky'...
Going fishing Arrogant, blowhard and no variety
Fish TV? They are willing to try new things but is generic Bass-walleye,bass,bass ...
New fly fisher I have little fly fishing expeirience but think it's a well put together show.Interesting
and informative.
Bob Izumi It's OK. Bob's knows his stuff but seems bored.
Urban outdoor adventure? : Great variety. Informative and down to earth.
Conclusion: U.O.A takes the prize. Going fishing blows donkey chunks. I like a show with variety and doesen' just show bass and walleye caught from a boat over and over again. There are many species out there that seems to be overlooked. I think these shows need to have more nerve and imagination and feature them
No more "same old, same old' please
Thanks for reading hot air (lol)

Here's a pic I got last year at Lynn Creek, Brandon should recognize the area.
Whats even cooler about that shot is that the water does look like that in the propper light.
Great ahot.

been a few of us (5-6 regulars and more on some days ) going at it at lunch time all winter from the foot of spadina towards ontario place. I work just up the street and spend my lunch hour casting to any open water I find . Its a hit and miss thing but you manage a fish or two every few days ( had a few browns two weeks ago but mostly snot rockets , hopefully the big guys will show up soon) keeps me going (better than the walk up the street to hootters) hope to see you guys down there .
Hi
I'm curious? Can you tell me what "snot rockets" are?
Thanks in advance

After ice out/ spring the big carp come out of hibernation to prepare to spawn in the shallower reaches of bays and inlets. This allows fish up t0 30 lb plus to be caught. So, that's where I'll be.

I lived in Vancouver for 15 years and I fished Buntzen for trout. It is a gem just outside the city. I live in Hamilton now and miss the place when I see commercials on TV filmed there.... Nice pic by the way.

Welcome to the board, Mark!
There is quite a few carpers here, so you should enjoy.
Thank you!

Hamilton Pike
in General Discussion
Posted
Hi
I was LaSalle Marina in Burlington a few days ago. The Ice was gone. A 39'' female was landed and released just yesterday. I guess nobody from the OFC has fished there for pike recently?
Cheers
