I'm reading that the Nanticoke coal plant may convert to a nuclear plant. Does anyone here fish around any nuclear plants? Do they allow you anywhere near it for security reasons? thanks

the hamilton NO FRILLS flyer has strip loin on for $3.99 lb (cut it yourself). it doesnt get much better than that. quality is AA or higher same as all large supermarkets. i usually buy a loin or 2 when this deal is on. their meat can be hit miss, but the same goes for most supermarkets

i was down at lake okeechobee 2 years ago for all of jan-feb. fishing everyday for crappie, using small minnows ($2 a quarter pound ). what i found surprising is how few largemouth i caught.
if your targeting bass you can't beat a big ole shiner (going for a buck each,,,ouch)

DUNNVILLE CATS

My Dad and I went just a little upstream from the Dunnville Dam on Saturday (for cats). The water was very high and fast (our usual spot was mostly underwater) . Not a bite using worms. Heavy sinkers kept our bait anchored, but the lines were catching a lot of weeds. Hopefully a week or 2 things will settle down.
