Can anyone offer a Lower River report as of today. Looking for clarity. I can't tell from the fallsview cam if she is slightly stained or not. Gonna make the trip up tomorrow and was wondering what we are in for. Any one that could share a report it would be greatly appreicated. regards, Lambton
