  1. Bring the ATV for sure. Hardly any snow at all. I've been out the past 5 weekends, and unless we get 20cm this week, there isnt enough snow to run a sled.
  2. I heard that there is an indoor dog park in Bowmanville, but can't seem to find any info on it. Does anyone know if this is true, and where I can get some info on it. My pup is getting old enough (and vaccinated) so I'd like to get her out and about socalizing with other dogs. Any info is greatly appreciated. *Stoty
  3. Good idea, but it's just too bad that there is like a 5 yr wait to get on that show.
  4. Hahaha! She sure won't forget it! She's hooked now!
  5. I was out on the ice with 4 clients yesterday...and my GF! Yes, I actually talked my GF into coming ice fishing for Valentine's day!! (still not too sure how I did that) Let's just say it was the BEST day on the ice that I've had all season! We landed 15 fish, with 8 fish being 7 lbs or over!! 4 of those being over 10 lbs!! This was my GF's first time out on the ice, so any fish that she got, would be a new PB for her. Let's just say that she set 3 PB's in one day! (and yes....got the biggest of the day) PB #1 - A nice Quinte 5 lb'er Pb #2 - A beauty Quinte 7 lb'er! PB #3 - A MONSTER 10.7 lb Walleye! All in all a great day on the water! If anyone gets the chance...get out there on the Bay of Quinte before the season closes in Feb 28.! *Stoty
  6. By that do you mean the Slap-chop ad or beating up hookers?? Hey Vince...kinda hard to do infomercials from a jail cell, no?
  7. 1) It's a report, be thankful people share them 2) Even though blurring backgrounds is kinda funny/stupid.....not to mention it ruins the picture....who cares? 3) Why do A LOT of posts on this site turn into online flaming matches?! Just be happy for the kid. Man oh man! Good job Mike...keep up the good work.

  9. Largemouth Bass - 9lb 6 oz Smallmouth Bass - 6lbs 1 oz Walleye - 10lbs 7oz
  10. I love the HDS7, but obviously if your pocket book can afford it...get the biggest unit you can! I'd LOVE a HDS10, but ya....I don't have a money tree in my backyard!
  11. Lol......24.8, or 25....same thing. Depends on how you measure it. Either way.....just be smart about it and make sure you stay well back of 25" for three of your fish.
  12. Yes there is. You can keep 4 fish with only one being larger than 25".
  13. Lowrance HDS units for sure!! I run an HDS7 and am buying a HDS5 to network together with it. Awesome units! Do yourself a favour though and get the Platinum chip with the 3D shaded maps!!
  14. The bite slowed down yesterday after the cold front that came through but we still managed 18 fish with the biggest being 11lbs. The fish are on this morning though! We've iced 7 so far, biggest being 5.5lbs. Same patterns and depths as before. 24-28 ft, macho minnows and buckshots tipped with live minnows.
  15. Ya man, the wind today was crazzy! It's really nice out now. Cmon evening bite!
  16. Hey Tony, Give us a call we now have an opening for tomorrow. 647-982-FISH Stoty
  17. Thanks for the update mjack! Whitespinnerbait... The east side of the bay. Leechman...no promises! The bite is pretty hot today still!
  18. The bit was INSANE today! Best day on the ice the whole season so far! 40+ fish, with six lbers, three 9 lbers and a MONSTER 12 lber!! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a trophy walleye, to hit up the Bay right now!! Again, all fish hit in the 24-28 ft range, using Northland Macho Minnows and Buckshots!
  19. Perch and chartruese seem to be the ticket but don't tell anyone!
  20. Hey everyone, I've noticed there's been a lot of questions about the Bay of Quinte recently. Just thought I'd share some info since I am on it all the time. There is lots if safe ice out there, but also lots of unsafe areas too. Always spud on the way out to be sure. I've heard of good fish being caught all over the place from Belleville to Deseronto. We had another 20+ fish day with the fish ranging from 2-8lbs. We have had all our success fishing flats adjacent to deeper water. Were fishing the 24-28 ft range and getting ALL of our fish on Northland Macho Minnows and Buckshots tipped with live minnows. If you can get your hands on any of those, grab them!! Every store I've been to (including Bass Pro) is completely sold out. Overall the ice is pretty good, but always always be safe!
  21. I sure am my friend! We better get some good fish...that way it's worth being in the doghouse!! LOL No problem dude. I'm happy to help.
  22. I'll be there! I'd offer some info, but that would be classified as "SPAM" on this board.....unless of course your PM me for details.
  23. If they are anything like their Senko's...they will tear apart in 2 seconds. I wouldnt waste your time/money on them at all. The Lunkerhunt tubes are double dipped, so they are super strong, yet nice and flexible. Their "Revealer tube" have two different colours in them, so they are even better! I had a lot of great success using them all last season, and cant wait to throw them again this season for those big bronze-backs!
