  2. I am looking for somone to Tape and Mud a Basement Reno. I hung the Board but would like to Hire (Cash$$$) Someone to do the Taping and Mudding. Any recommendations???? Thanks Rick
  3. The Fish Not sure if it was clipped!! Obviously the side in the Pic was not!! I wanted to get Her back in the swim as soon as possible. Weight I am guessing about the 12lb mark. The Rod. I asked Spiel for A Laker/Whitie Ice Rod, about 32" and Med/Heavy action, Large Eyes and to be used with Spinning Gear, The Rest I left up to Him!! The result Rick

  5. Last Fall I asked Chris to build me a Laker/Whitie Rod. I received the package as promised. However it was only catching Whities!!!! Until The Catch The Release Thanks Chris Deal Completed Rick

  7. I Hear Ya Brian For the end of Febuary there is not the usual thickness of Ice on the Big Lake. We "Should" still be Good till the end of the season!! Not an issue for Sleds or Bikes not sure about Cars and Trucks!!! Rick

Ice You know me I will never tell you it is OK to drive a Vehicle on the Ice What I will tell you is the conditions I found where I travelled I drilled spots to-day that were 8" and spots that were 14" I did cross a couple of cracks To-Day they were flat and only open 6". There is Very little snow and no slush. Give me a Call Later Rick

  11. Out this AM from the West side!!! Travelling on the Bike and walking is almost perfect There is a little snow for the sled sliders but you might hafta stop once in a while to kick a little on the track Lots of Whities being caught Just move around till Ya find some hungry Guys The Meegs did the catching To-Day Everyone Have a Fun and Safe Family Day Rick

  15. Hey RR What's UP??? Nice "Sress Management" Day Saw a guy last week same sled (Tundra) and auger mount straight out back!!! Took a run over to say "Hi Don" and it was not you!!! Someone is using your patent LOL We Should get together Rick
  16. Still Snowing here Big Time and looking at thr Radar it does not appear to be finished any time soon Looks like the Storm may have tracked further North than predicted I was wishing for 2-4" not 10" plus rick

I got up at Half past Lew O'clock and had a look outside and went back to bed At about 8:30 the snow stopped and i was thinking of heading out But now its Snowing and blowing harder than before So I am gonna get some things done on the Honey-Dew list The wind should blow a lot of the snow off the smoother packed areas on the Lake BUT there will be some deeper drifts around any cracks ridges that will for sure cover up the Slush I have not needed my shovel So far But I will not be leaving home without it from now on have Fun and be Careful out there Rick

  21. Hey Limey Simcoe does produce Some BIG Whities compared to what you would get 'Up' North When I was a Kid a 3 Lb-er was a "Big One" Now 4-6 Lbs is the ususal size. The School we found yesterday, were all in the 6Lb area. Rick
