    Flyin

Thanks, I have been looking at the Albany do you rent the cabins?
  5. Hi, would not go with air cochrane great fishing but most cabins are very rustic and small and usually some type of motor issue during the trip. I took my 2 boys and nephew to Quebec, great trip great cabin, shower couch etc, but the road was really rough for 4 hours. Would look at air dale, white river outfitter or the many out of Nakina. Boreal forest includes satellite texting for a safety piece of mind. I would pick a smaller body of water in case the winds blow up. Twin lakes outfitter, luenbergers, 7 lakes outfitter, seem to have some nice cabins for the bush, been with Hearst air, really nice cabins too. Hornepayne also have some Flyin lodges and outpost, garrisons, buck lake, Timberwolf. Just what I looked for, a cabin with some amenities that sleep more people then your bringing, satellite phone for safety, smaller lake or chain of lakes. Generator would be nice maybe bring a fan and a few plug in items. It is truly one of my best memories taking those kids one 14 and two 17 at the time. Hope you find a place

    Flyin

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can recommend a Flyin with bigger then average walleye, been on many that you catch 16 17 inches as I always chose a lake with a chance at a 20 plus pike: Went last year to French lake out of cochrane where most of the walleye was over 19 inches with many in the 22 26 range, it was a real treat. Would like other options with bigger walleye thanks
  7. Hey Moosebunk, looking for a Flyin with bigger than average walleye, been to cochrane airhearst clove and usually all the same. Did French lake out of cochrane in June and did great for walleye 2.5 to 7. That’s the only lake out of about 20 the the walleye were bigger. But 4 people this time and the cabin is small thanks jeff

  15. Hi all, looking for a trip where the walleye are typically bigger, you see some places say average 3 to 5 pounds. Be realistically looking for somewhere where every fourth or fifth fish is on the good side of 2 plus. Has anyone experienced where the walleye are actually bigger on average thanks
