I was fishing, all day as a matter of fact. We were on the water long before anything happend and when we came in around dinner time the owners of the lodge we were at told us they may have to leave because they were with the red cross. We asked why and they told us what had happened, spent the night listening to the radio. Never saw footage of what happened until the following week.
I often wonder of we were the last people in north america to find out
After about 15 frustrating minutes in the rain yesterday (and checking the ground first) mine turned out to be a blown fuse in the truck. 10AMP where a 15AMP is supposed to be. Now the fact that my travel trailer light was not working either makes much more sense!
At the end of the day it is always something simple, start simple.
for the boat a decent point and shoot is all you need. For around $150 you can get a camera that would be hard to take a crappy picture with. The first time it rains when you are out there with your DSLR you will regret it. The point and shoot is definately the way to go.
I hear ya, I have a good friend who has the same personality. 100%, there is nothing in between, it's hard to understand for people who do not live with it.
Good luck, there will be lots of fish left for you when you get a chance to return.
Regardless of the sentence he will be surving his sentence for the rest of his life, everytime he closes his eyes, a birthday rolls around, christmas etc......
Nope, don't use gas
Nope, they do not add Ethanol to it
I sell chemicals for a living
I would start by cleaning out all the pipes and burners, my guess would be that they are clogged with rust (burners) or have spider webs in the pipes..... just a guess
I am headed up north and want to give night fishing a try this year. We typically fish the sunset and once that dies call it a night. The more I have been reading indicates the big girls come up to eat in shallow water at night. Maybe I have to give it a hour or two after sunset????
this is a great thread.
