I used this company when I restored a single cylinder 1947 Champion for a buddy of mine; it was his dad's motor.
They seems to have or can get just about anything you want for an outboard motor of any year; they even found the original decals for that motor.
That Champion is now on display at the Port Dover marine museum. It looked to good too use, so we donated it to the museum in my buddies dad's name.
Dan.
i use to have two of those Champion motors..........i gave them away(reason i don't know)

Hi anglers.
Could be going to Belleville within the next couple of weeks. Can anyone let me know about some accessible small lakes nearby suitable for my 12 foot inflatable with 30lb thrust trolling motor? So no Bay of Quinte thank you. lol.
East Lake, Lake on the Mountain PP, Fish Lake, Consecon Lake, Roblin Lake, Oak Lake.
Looking for bass or the occasional pike or walleye.
Thanks.

Just wondering if anyone has used an Alabama rig and to any luck.
i would like to try one for crappie but the local tackle shop closed and Canadian tire don't carry it.

With the Bay getting alot more water clairity it seems that some really big bass are starting to be caught more often than not, the bass pro anglers must be lovin it.
For myself i still prefer fall fishing for giant walleyes off Meyers Pier. Does anyone think the walleye will be around in ten years?

Getting up early saturday morning to watch Red Fisher was the best......always good for a laugh especially when he went Bone fishing, when he caught one he would look at his guest and tell them he has a Bone On..................his spirit will live forever

I just had a flashback, a few year's ago i was working at a oil change buisness when old man Green show's up with his favorite tow truck...........change the oil and check it over he tell's us so we go ahead.....
drained the oil and replaced it with 15/40..........easy enough..........................
I took the lid off the air filter to find he had no filter but he did have a nicely dried out pike(about 2 lbs)
I informed him ......he just shrugs his shoulders
Would you like me to replace the pike with an actual air filter........no that's ok .....you sure.......
ya that truck runs fine without one..........any small rock will get sucked into the engine and be crushed up........................![:wallbash:](https://ontariofishingcommunity.com/uploads/emoticons/default_wallbash.gif)
Oil change complete.......out the door he goes...........
