  1. Great post, great pics! Love it.....I've fished alot of US rivers, all great! I do it on the fly, but float is cool too. Have not had a float rod in my hand in 7-8 yrs. I miss it. One question though? How do u fish a spinner under a float? LOL never seen that lol. Looks like a Roster-Tail? A new pattern I must try. Thanks again for the post keep fishing sal
  2. Hey kev! I got a shock at the Toronto show few weeks back. I have a 1956 (mint) 5 1/2 seahorse. Run's amasing. I asked the dealers what ist worth? $100.00 if u r lucky u may get upwards to $300.00.... I told him he was nuts, but thats how it is. If i sold it for 500.00 I would never get a kicker, any yr,that runs that good to replace it. So hold on, use it....Only way to get a fair buck out of it. Its a shame, but i'm going to run mine till it puks. Should be in a collection somewhere. Sal

  5. Hey guys, I'm with you on the prices being nuts! But like Sam said, "being a dealer the mannies make you bring all the new products to the show" I being a fisher like to see all the new products, any edge I can get or ideas gathered make me more than I was. I would never buy products there, cheaper dealing one on one with a store. But where else can you talk with dealers and big wigs, from every angle about fishing. Be Good have fun Guys Salpro
  6. Hey Guys!! I'll be at the show! Working at the "West Wind Tugboat Adventures" booth. Come check it out! BC's finest fishing. Have a great one guys! Kepp fishing! Salpro
  7. Hey guys, First post for me, long time reader. Just thought I'd set you guys straight, on this topic. Land is owned by a owner. Water can not be owned! But the exception is one can obtain a water lot, being the land under the water, for such uses of dockage. They own it or lease it. Most bodies of water are owned by the crown, to the waters edge in a fresh water body of water. Saltwater being different, I won't get into that LOL. In the northern lakes the crown owns just past the waters edge, so you may come ashore in an emergency anywhere if u have boat problems. Hope that helps you guys out. Oh yaaa the marina thing lol If you can acess it from water, not trespassing over privet land I would say go for it. Better yet go ask at the marina, if they say no, ask to see there "deed to the water lot" If they will not produce it, you have every right to be there. Sorry for the long post lol Be good guys.
