LOL@ Sinker and misfish. There’s been so many times that I’ve seen walkers red faced, exhausted and cold. My old set up I couldn’t pick them up; no room in my pull behind sled. Plus I hated packing and unpacking the crap we take out every weekend. Now I’ll have room for both. Met so many nice people last season by inviting them into the hut for a warm up and a cup of instant soup. One guy crashed in the hut with me for the night. He was planning to walk back out the next day. The next time I went out to the hut (a week later) there was a 40 pounder stuck in the snow bank by the door. LOL Dan.

Having owned about 12 different boats over the years, in my opinion, keeping the the trolling motor batteries as close to the back of the boat the better! This allows for the best performance for the boat!

What David said, bow slam in rough water isn't good for batteries either.

I am not positive but I think Lew had the same boat, not sure what he had for a electric bow trolling motor. Like others mentioned as far back as you can.

my 06 needs a timing belt at 200k... Are the new ones different? I have 225 on mine and still haven't done it. But I'm selling mine at the end of this winter, so I am kind of rolling the dice.. Sketchy, I know..

1978 Ford Fiesta. Fire engine red. With all the problems I had, my wife to be stated that she was sure that if she scratched the red paint, it would reveal a yellow colour ( a true lemon). Not the first thing she was right about.

I did have a couple of GM product that were marginally OK but never will buy another after what they did in Oshawa!!
