  1. We are open to stocking anything depending on interest. The best way is to reach out through our contact form and I will make sure it gets in front of the right people. I've also made a discount code just for this forums: ONTARIOFISHINGCOMMUNITY which will save anyone 10% on their purchase.

  2. Looks like you had a blast! When they do come in, it really is "Catching" & not "Fishing"! LOL

  3. Weekend trip was a big success. Water levels were still high (could tell by the submerged docks). I was told by seasoned anglers that the season is late this year (which is normal everywhere). But they were still plentiful once they were found via fish finder. Saw many boats out trolling in the morning for Walleye. They were catching them, could see that. They were staying in the 30ft depths, more to the centre of the channel. Found the White's in 20-30ft depths on the edge of the channels, near sandy dropoffs.

  4. So funny you mention that about those old Hondas, they have a very loyal following in the Honda forums. Built to work. I was thinking of mine as I read this thread. About 10 years ago I saw an add for an 86 350 FourTrax for $850. No spark. Never owned an atv. Research basically said they were great machines, built to last. An older couple were using it to putt around their rural property but his wife found it hard to handle so they bought a ride on and then it died one spring. So it looked good and I bought it. Well it turned out the sprag bearing had blown up so to speak and had taken out the stator windings. So $800 later including a new battery and full inspection I had my ride ready. John said I was still getting a good deal. It sure isn't fancy, not built to ride on pavement. But these shaft drive machines have all the power I'll ever need and I can still pick up the arse end and slide it sideways, or easily tip it on it's side resting the rack on a milk crate. There is lot to be said for a lighter smaller machine, not the least is the bushwacking you can do that a big heavy machine just can't. It already had some mods in terms of welding that had been done, including a custom tow hook mounted in front of the the ball and posts already welded to front bumper and rear rack. So I know a real good machinist /welder/fabricator up the road a piece and he made a rack for me and welded a plate on the front to mount a winch. Then of course I had to finish the process lmao. This is what I ended up with all told. At least the 71 1.5hp was free from the old man. Cheers

  5. Any plan to actually maintain as extensive of stock as TW? Understanding that you guys are just starting out. Just noticing that you currently have somewhat limited selection of JDM tackle

  6. Hello All, I am probably breaking some forum rules and I do apologize for that, but I wanted to share a newly launched website Tackle Depot. Tackle Depot is the Canadian version of Tackle Warehouse. This means cheap shipping and competitive rates. They also have an affiliate program that pays out 2.5-5% for all referred users for life. I thought some of you might benefit from this and I wanted to share this. Full disclaimer I am involved with the project. Let me know if you have any questions.

  7. Sometimes you just happen to hit one of those special days. Was out on Sunday with a buddy and we probably caught 25 walleye along with a number of incidental bass, muskie and crappie. Kept one of the smaller walleye for dinner.

  8. When I retire I want one of these. I like the ease of mobility of a truck camper over a trailer and don't mind the smaller space. Got to get me a truck to put it in first. though. https://www.lancecamper.com/truck-campers/825/

  10. It’s the Walleye Fishing that people go there for. There is definitely big smallies that spawn in there that then seem to move back out when finished up. caught an absolutely monster there a couple weeks back. second biggest smallie of my life while trying to drop shot some walleye. She didn’t even leave the net or water, hook popped out and I dumped her right back in.

  11. Been a huge fan of the Raptors since their inception 24 years ago! Kawhi Leonard, whether he stays or goes has helped them make history and hoping they can beat the Golden State Warriors. They beat them twice in the regular season but this is the playoffs! If they can play defence as they did against Milwaukee then they definitely have a good chance, VanVleet, Ibaka & Powell need to keep producing off the bench and Danny Green needs to find his shot! #WeTheNorth #LetsGoRaptors

  12. i don't mind admitting that i'm just jumping on the bandwagon. it was fun and it is meaningful to the player and the fans and that kind of sports event is always exciting to get involved in. It's great that we play lots of organized basketball in school in Canada, i think it makes it easier for people to pick up the game and get deeper into it as you watch. actually wish the MLS would get rid of the playoffs in North American soccer so the regular season games would matter like in English football. that would get us another entertaining product from MLSE. anyway, great game very entertaining and i'll be on the wagon for Game 1. Gotta say that bringing in Lieweicki for a bit really seemed to kick start things a few years ago for MLSE. He hired Ujiri, Shanahan and Michael Bradley and Sebastian Giovinco on the football side.
