  1. Had a blast down in Florida last week where I know another one off my bucket list, a Butterfly Peacock! Ended up catching a bunch of them and a new personal best! Beautiful fish who fight harder than a Smallmouth Bass! The colours are breathtaking on them and they're really not a bass but a Cichlid! If you're ever around Miami, I would definitely go catch a bunch!

  2. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/anglers-win-supreme-court-battle-against-u-s-billionaire-over-access-to-lakes-roads-1.4937132 A precedent-setting B.C. Supreme Court decision has ruled that the public should be able to access fishing lakes near Merritt, B.C., after years of what has been described as a "David and Goliath" legal battle. For years, the Douglas Lake Cattle Company (DLCC), the largest working ranch in Canada, owned by U.S. billionaire Stan Kroenke, and a group of determined anglers have been going head to head. Their dispute centred primarily on access to two fishing lakes and a road.

  6. Yea the drawing does not show the tenderloin. OI loin and backstrap is the same thing, the tenderloin is under the spine in the body cavity, usually accessed after the animal is gutted. Cheers

  7. Thanks David ,made her day. All she could talk about. Look what David gave me. LOL The show was well, ok. I was hoping it was going to be better then last, but seemed to be the same. There were a few retailers there and yes, they were blowing stuff out the door price wise. Not sure I want to see a meat stand when I first walk in to an ice fishing expo, but there it was. For me,the show is about seeing the new and meeting up with buddies and shooting the breeze. I met up with Chad ( Chuck Enwinde ) this morning. We made a sweet trade off. Finally. LOL Met a a couple of guys I never met. They just asked if I was the loony tooner. I said ya,but I don't have a pen to sign my autograph guys. LOL Had a good chat with guys that appreciated my videos. The granddaughter and I enjoyed our time and we were off across the street to see the jolly ole fella. Not before I picked up my 12 tarts. My gawd they are so good. Ole Santa made my day by saying, smile, your DAD , is going to take our picture. LOL Time well spent with my granddaughter.
